Lakemore Retreat — three directions.
Three fresh homepage concepts for Lakemore Retreat — one whole-property lakefront retreat on Arbutus Lake, open to retreats, weddings, and family reunions. Each is its own design world, informed by a study of nine of the best retreat-venue sites. Open each, then tell us which direction feels like Lakemore.
These are concepts. Photography is Lakemore's own (from the current site) and the words are illustrative — placed to show how each design carries real content. The hero "motion" simulates an ambient video using current stills; on the real build that becomes short on-property clips. Capacity and rates are shown softly and will be confirmed before any build.
Concept 1
Quiet Luxury
Restrained and expensive-feeling. Cormorant serif, deep pine-teal and sand on cream, lots of air, thin-rule detailing. Photography and white space do the work — confident understatement.

Warm & Editorial
Warm, sensory, story-led. Fraunces serif over big golden-hour photography, walnut and amber with a lake-blue note. Full-bleed photo bands that make you feel the place.

Confident and high-contrast. Oversized type, a section-as-color-block rhythm, navy and a punchy sunset terracotta. A distinct, slightly witty voice — the most striking of the three.
